Hi! My name is Jonathan and I thank you for choosing to start this journey into treating your mental health. I have grown up in Rockland County a majority of my life and am dedicated to the people and the diversity it holds within. I am a goofy, caring and non-judgmental therapist who enjoys working with others to focus on the goals they want to reach in life. Whether that be life goals, changes, traumatic events, or even understanding how our minds work. I am here.

“When your back is to the wall and you are facing fear head on, the only way is forward and through it.”
- Stephen Richards, Releasing You from Fear
My journey in the field of social work began with a strong desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others. Through extensive education and hands-on experience at Fordham University, I have honed my skills in assessing and treating a range of mental health issues affecting across the lifespan. Focusing on trauma, grief and bereavement, health issues, terminal illnesses and utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each person's specific needs. My approach to counseling is comprehensive and inclusive; recognizing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. Together we can find what works best for you in your therapeutic journey whether that be cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral therapy (DBT) Mindfulness-based practices & positive visualization. I work collaboratively to develop effective strategies for managing symptoms and promoting overall well-being. I am dedicated to empowering anyone to build resilience, enhance self-esteem, and cultivate healthy coping mechanisms that will serve them throughout their lives.
Being a beautiful mixture of Mexican, Puerto Rican and Cuban born in the U.S. I found joy in my family's culture through food, music and community. I enjoy life most by cooking, going to movies, exercising and being outside as much as I can.
